Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

  • 8 oz CLC Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Monin Syrup
  • ⅓ cup Heavy Cream
  • ⅓ cup milk (2%)
  • 2 Tbsp Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup (see recipe below)
  • 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg (garnish)

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  • 1 ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 ½ cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cloves
  • 3 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 5 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree

Instructions

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

  1. Pour cold brew coffee over ice.
  2. in a separate container, froth (or wisk) heavy cream, milk, vanilla monin syrup, and homemade pumpkin spice syrup to desired thickness. Pour pumpkin cream over top of cold brew to taste. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, enjoy!

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  1. Add sugar and water to saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Once sugar is dissolved, add pumpkin pie spice, cloves, and pumpkin puree, and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and strain through cheesecloth. (you can store in the fridge for up to 7 days)
