Return and Refund Policy

Here at Child Life Coffee LLC, we are committed to upholding outstanding quality and service. Sometimes you can make a mistake ordering or we can make a mistake on fulfilling...either way, we are here to make things right. Simply give us a call or send us an email and we will quickly and efficiently resolve the issue!

For everyone’s safety, we are temporarily unable to accept returns due to COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on opened products.

All sales in consumable items are final. Non-consumable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase unopened, in their original packaging.

All claims for damaged/lost goods or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
